His office manager may direct you to reach him through an online platform that he contracts with to help you achieve the best rate possible for your therapy sessions.  Please call 727-505-0976.

We accept a very wide variety of insurance plans as well as employee assistance plans. To find out if we are in-network with your insurance you can contact your insurer or contact us with the name of your plan.

PPO plans may also be accepted.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

-Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
-What is my deductible, and has it been met?
-How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
-What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
-Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Questions regarding your insurance authorization and billing will be handled by our specialist in these areas. We contract with several professional medical utilization services that help us to reach as many clients with the greatest variety of pay sources. To achieve our goal of offering quality professional psychotherapy services throughout the State of Florida, and to help make the remuneration process simple and cost-effective. Self-pay clients will be required to provide a credit or debit payment source at the time an appointment is scheduled to reserve the time for therapy with the therapist. Your card will not be charged until the service hour passes.  You will receive an e-receipt in your email whenever a charge is made to your card. Remember to alert the office of any payment arrangement changes, such as the need to use a different payment source.

Rates

With insurance, your rate can vary depending on several factors. Please contact your insurance company and then speak to us to find out what your rate will be. When using insurance, be aware that you are responsible for the co-pay, co-insurance, and at times, your insurance will not cover services before the plan's deductible requirement is satisfied.

If we do not accept your insurance, we would be glad to provide you with a 1500 form to send to your insurance company to request reimbursement. Some of our services are not reimbursable by most insurances, and therefore, other payment arrangements may be required. When this is an issue, you will be notified in advance of the service appointment and will be able to discuss options with the office manager or therapist.

Private Pay Clients Accepted

In the event you do not have insurance coverage that covers mental health services or the services you are seeking or you do not have insurance at all, we use the term “private pay” as a description that you will be paying for sessions in full.

Therapy is a trust relationship; therefore, we at Urgent Care Counseling, LLC expect the client to be honest about their total income when requesting appointments and inquiring about their out-of-pocket costs.

The No Surprise Fee Contract and Consent for  Treatment for psychotherapy and Online Telehealth Services must be signed and summitted before the appoinment time. Services can not be renereded without the appropriate signatures on the required consent forms.
