To schedule an individual, children, couples, marriage, or family therapy appointment or to obtain additional information about any of these counseling services, please call 727-505-0976. Appointments are only made via phone or personal contact, at which time you can provide any information that may be required, set a time for your appointment, and ask questions.  You may submit questions on the form below. When you call for an appointment, it will be helpful to provide any insurance information you have, and if you are seeking a sliding scale payment plan, you will be required to discuss your household income with the scheduler for a rate to be determined.
