Richard has over 32 years of experience working with individuals, children, adolescents, and adults in the community as a Clinical Case Manager for the homeless in Tampa Fl., in residential dual diagnosis programs with Volunteers of America of Florida as an Independent Living Counselor and Program Specialist, and as an intern Counselor with BayCare Behavioral Health Dual Diagnosis Residential Program and as a Clinician/ Discharge Planner for an In-Patient Psychiatric Hospital, and for over 30 years Richard has served as an Ordained Minister and Christian Counselor in various church ministries and youth centers. Richard's work experience has helped him to develop a vast expertise in working with families in distress, children with school and behavioral problems, Autism (Children and Adults), Learning Disabled Children, and working with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Richard is a family centered therapist and will encourage parent and sibling engagement in therapy sessions with children and adolescents when it is appropriate. When individuals have spouses or significant partners, Richard will allow the client to invite partners into sessions when it is therapeutically beneficial and desired by the client. Richard is a trained provider of EEG Neurofeedback; a highly effective and most promising treatment. Amanda specializes in Family therapy, Children & Adolescent Therapy, and Individual Psychotherapy. She is a Certified Trauma professional and utilizes the most current therapeutic modalities. Amanda is available to see clients on a sliding fee scale.
Cindy Hanks, LMFT (FL)
Cindy has spent over 35 years being dedicated to the field of mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy. She has served as a professor for several colleges and clinical supervisor for marriage and family therapist interns. At this time, Cindy is only available via telehealth and appointments for her can be made through the Urgent Care Counseling Office.

Denise is Board Certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner with over 43 years of experience in health care, 26 of those as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner. She treats every patient with respect, dignity, and a non-judgmental uniqueness using a collaborative holistic approach helping people reach their personal goals for health and happiness. She displays sound clinical judgment formulating safe and effective plans of care based on current evidence-based knowledge.
